Under the Beneficial Ownership (Amendment) Acct 2022 in Seychelles, all Seychelles companies have to to submit additional information and updated Register of Beneficial Owners (RBO) by 30 December 2023. Such information includes the national identification number or its equivalent and tax identification number or its equivalent of each beneficial owner.
